BEAUTY TIPS - SKIN CARE TIP
 

To maintain a glowing, healthy complexion, you must adapt to your skin's needs, as it grows older. Let's look at your twenties.

  • Damage done early on prepares our skin for later life. It is vital in our teens and twenties to protect the skin from the sun. Always use a broad spectrum sunscreen in the daytime.
  • Cleanse, freshen and moisturise, twice a day, everyday. Ensure you always remove make-up thoroughly to give skin a chance to breathe.
  • Exfoliate twice weekly, skin at this age doesn’t need it more.
  • Ensure you eat a good diet and find time to relax. The hectic twenties can play havoc with your skin.

Cleanse * Tone * Moisturise

Your three steps to a more beautiful, healthier looking skin!

Cleanse

  • Massage in cleanser using firm, circular movements over your face and neck. Gently wipe off with cotton wool or rinse gently with clean water. Be careful not to drag skin around the eye area

Tone

  • Gently smooth cotton wool soaked in skin freshener over your face to take off the last traces of makeup etc. Leave to dry. Your skin will feel cool and refreshed.

Moisturise

  • Moisturisers act as an effective barrier to cold weather, the wind, pollution and central heating and help prevent the skin's natural moisture from escaping. Be generous to your skin when applying moisturiser to your neck and face using gentle circular movements with fingertips.
